This does not occur with the x400 connected using the same pi and same power supply. Do you have any recommendations how to get rid of that annoying sound?)

The Wikipedia page of the protocol states it uses a 36kHz carrier frequency. Is it likely to work with 38 kHz or is there a straightforward way to change the frequency on the board or in software?)

My X728 had a problem with turning off 3 seconds after power up, and the problem still existed after I completely reset my Raspberry Pi 4. However, when I connected my X728 to 'another Raspberry Pi', it worked, and again confirmed that it works on the original Raspberry Pi as well. I didn't understand this logic at all, but anyway, I'm glad to find it works again. There's still a lot to say about the company not supporting customers....)

AON is the same as described here. The other pair of pins is labeled VIN rather than PLD -- are the VIN and PLD functions the same, or does VIN do something else?)

When USB_MSD_PWR_OFF_TIME is disabled (set to 0) the RPI does boot from the USB3 port, but energy saving option (disk goes off when inactive) is also disabled. Help please!)
