This was not apparent from the Aliexpress images and I was regretting that I should have gone with more common passive cooled cases. However this turns outs o be streets ahead with being fully enclosed yet access to everything. The thermal pads confused me a bit, as I hadn't read this web page then.)

But for the record, the setup is as follows: Raspberry Pi 4B with RaspberryPi OS Lite on a 16GB USB thumb drive. Connected are a 4 Channel USB Relay and a USB NFC Card Reader. Any suggestions why and if this is harmful? In my case its a NFC card reader, which should not draw that much power. Same happens with an USB Relay.)
