I currently have the X728 V2.3 on my Pi 4B. How do I stack these units together so I can use ATX power and fallback to the X728 when ATX loses power? I expect maybe needing to do some coding to make them work together software side, but will I be able to use this combination as expected?)

As it is, running ./LCD35-show runs a long script requiring download of files, etc. It would be nice if LCD35-show would detect if it had already been run and just quickly reconfigure. But then, it would be nice if a reboot wasn't necessary too.)
