00:09 47.158.215.169 talk posted a new comment on X1001(I can confirm updating the firmware seems to work on the pi5. Have a WD black SN770. Worked with USB, didn't work with the NVMe hat. Originally would boot very slow, and couldn't reliably launch a terminal, or a web browser at all. System would freeze or go to gray screen/black screen. Booted with the drive in a USB enclosure and went to raspi-config and loaded new bootloader/firmware through the advanced options, reinstalled the drive into the hat and now boots fine, fast, and can lau...)

Using an "SkHynix 256GB PCIe NVMe 2242 SSD (HFM256GD3HX015N) (OEM)" off Amazon. lspci says "0000:01:00.0 Non-Volatile memory controller: SK hynix Gold P31/PC711 NVMe Solid State Drive")

05:19 68.197.140.117 talk posted a new comment on NVMe SSD boot with the Raspberry Pi 5(You have the WD SN580 listed as "WD Green", when that model ls actually a WD Blue.)

03:52 73.16.134.38 talk posted a new comment on X728(OK, sorry, I figured it out. I was trying to follow the schematic from the 4-pin LED momentary push button, but everything works as expected if you follow what the Wiki suggests. The LED button has four pins: S1, S2, LED+, LED- The x728 has four pins: PWR, GND, GND, LED+ Connect them as such: PWR - S1 GND - S2 GND - LED- LED+ - LED+ I don't know why my incorrect wiring ever worked, but this is what it always should have been. Leaving this here in case anyone else has the same problem!)

01:25 73.16.134.38 talk posted a new comment on X728(Small update: I compared the status of all GPIO pins with and without the button pressed, and none change (including 5, 13, and 26).)

23:46 73.16.134.38 talk posted a new comment on X728(Hello, apologies for the dumb question: my external power button correctly turns the board on, and "x728off" works, but the external power button stopped working to turn the board off recently. I think I may have accidentally deleted a script or service. However, I cannot figure it out. I am using V1.3. I tried following your software tutorial, but it only seems to make "x728off" work. If you can tell me how the 4-pin external power button works, I can write a script to make it work for me a...)
