So i forced to give it more time to spin up. Two steps to do it: 1. Set USB boot first, instead of SD (but usb is not bootable). When I copy large size file to 4TB HDD, Pi intermittently hang and no response, I have to do hard reset. Other experts suggestion is that maybe this problem is from insufficient power.
