05:19 88.171.46.144 talk posted a new comment on X1001(Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Raspberry Pi 5 setup. My configuration includes a 25W adapter, Geekworm PCIe HAT X1001, and a Crucial SSD 4.0 NVMe P3 Plus 500GB. Notably, I am not using an SD card in this setup. I successfully installed Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS on the SSD using the Raspberry Pi Imager. The system operates efficiently and quickly when the SSD is connected via a USB adapter. However, when I attempt to mount the SSD directly onto the Geekworm PCIe HAT X1001, it fail...)

I'm trying to connect a HDMI coming out of a Macbook Pro M1 into the module but "v4l2-ctl -d /dev/v4l-subdev2 --query-dv-timings" always return 0 values. What am I doing wrong here? I need to have a different video input device connected to the module?)

04:59 Comments log 216.24.212.226 talk posted a new comment on X1203(The spec sheet for the recommended Panasonic batteries NCR18650B says max charging voltage is 4.20v, however the specs here state that the Terminal Battery Voltage = 4.23V. Shouldn't the 1203 cut off charging at 4.20V?)

21:20 Comments log 178.237.217.243 talk posted a new comment on N508(It is only 1.5mm between the SSD and the case bottom side. With 0.5mm thermal pads it gives only about 1mm room which is technically not enough to fit in anything. The only way to avoid SSD overheating is to significantly low down the rates. Hopefully it will be better designed in the next version of the case.)
