Please note that I have consistently: 1) Waited a few minutes after the battery indicator light is off - a long as 5 minutes, there is no way the USB plug is still providing power. 2) USB plug is disconnected from mains. My configuration includes a 25W adapter, Geekworm PCIe HAT X1001, and a Crucial SSD 4.0 NVMe P3 Plus 500GB. Notably, I am not using an SD card in this setup.
