The disks are really close together, but the box have its own power supply. So I guess my problem was power supply and not FEM.)

You may understand that i'm not really keen to buy another board, and the 1.3 is not usable as it is whith this power input problem. On the 2.0, there seems to be components around the DC input that may be used to regulate the power from the 6-18V jack to the components requirements. I may be able to "replicate" this part of the board, but for this what would be the output specifications? Are the SSD still powered with 5V on within the 2.0 board?)

The initial version 1.3 used a 5V 4A power input. Later we upgraded to version 2.0, which used a 12V 5A power input. Power supply, the current version 2.0 has solved the problem of insufficient power supply (tip: version 1.3 cannot be directly connected to 12V, because it will burn the board))

I tried several settings but always got troubles when i try to upload a large amount of files: the SSD are disconnecting. When i tried using seafile, this issue corrupted the database and i lost all the data. Now i'm only using Samba and at least the issue only stop the current upload and don't destroy previous data. In this case my Pi do just NOTHING only if i attach a second drive to the board (no matter if there is something saved on the drive or not - just the hardware) the Pi will boot properly.
