  • 02:21, 6 January 2023 81.14.205.62 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (I noticed, when USB peripherals are connected to the raspberry, the AC FAIL LED flashes together with the battery indicator. Any suggestions why and if this is harmful? In my case its a NFC card reader, which should not draw that much power. Same happens with an USB Relay.)
  • 17:55, 27 December 2022 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (Yes, you can use it.)

  • 21:41, 8 December 2022 82.75.181.168 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (The UPS is acting strange. The 4 led's indicating the loadlevel has stopped, they stay out. Domoticz (raspberry pi) shows a loadlevel of 140% !!! The battery voltage shows 4,66V. I immidiately performed a shutdown and detached the UPS. An external voltmeter shows indeed 6.6V The ups has become to dangerous to use. Is there any chance to ever get it in proper acting again?)
  • 18:24, 7 December 2022 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (Thnaks for your feedback.there is no smart momentary switch like that.but you can see the indicator light on X728 ups board.)
  • 11:08, 7 December 2022 100.0.115.192 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (I paired this with the X728-C1 Case which has a momentary switch with blue LED ring. Any chance the button LED is connected to GPIO pins to control it (turn on, off, flash, etc). Next update would be a good idea to have it be an RGB LED to give unlimited feedback to user. (red means error, green all success, etc).)

  • 16:55, 6 December 2022 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (Hi,1/Please unplug the batteries, leave it for a few minutes and then test again; 2/Have you upgraded the OS? If you have upgraded the OS, it is recommended to UNINTALL first and then reinstall.)
  • 23:51, 5 December 2022 82.75.181.168 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (hi, I bought a x728 V1.2 exactly 24 months ago. It worked fine until I decided to make a copy of my sc-card and so shut down my Raspberri Pi. When powering up again, the Pi started a few seconds and then the power got cut by the UPS. all led's stoppped blinking exept for the charging ones. I pressed the switch shortly and the power coma back on, for a few seconds and the power got cut again. Long story short: I cannot get the UPS started again, why?)

  • 10:38, 17 February 2022 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (Hello, Yes, V2.0 / V2.1 version--the battery polarity directions are the same. Please install the battery according to the direction printed on the board. The installation manual is the previous version V1.2 / V1.3 Best regards)
  • 03:50, 17 February 2022 81.5.230.149 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (Hello, just got the X728 Board, V2.1 is printed on the side looking to the raspberry when installed. The direction of polarity in battery compartments are facing in the same direction. In the installation manual the batteries are facing in contrary directions, just to be sure and not to destroy anything: the v2.1 wants the polarity of the batteries like its printed: same direction, right? Thanks in advance and regards, Max)

  • 18:03, 22 January 2022 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (Hi, Yes, you can use batteries with a protection circuit, but please pay attention to the battery size requirements--X728-hardware#18650 battery dimension. However, many batteries with protection circuits are too large to be installed. To avoid this problem, we require the use of batteries without protection circuits. And please use quality 18650 batteries, inferior batteries will damage the ups board.)

  • 20:36, 19 January 2022 82.193.67.129 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (#28 - Thanks for your reply, but regarding your "2.[when the external power is restored while RPi is still under Battery power]--The external power supply powers both the battery and Raspberry Pi." - if RPi is still under battery power after shutdown (but not Poweroff), we need to issue a Bootup via GPIO5. How can we configure X728 to do this after AC is restored (without the button)? Or jouu mean that RPI is powered down just after Shutdown? Thanks in advance.)
  • 10:18, 18 January 2022 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (Hi, 1.The new version cancels the ASD(Auto shutdown) jumper, you can achieve a safe shutdown through software.please referX728-Software. 2.[when the external power is restored while RPi is still under Battery power]--The external power supply powers both the battery and Raspberry Pi.)
  • 01:39, 18 January 2022 82.193.67.129 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X728-hardware (Hi, could you please advise about the ability of X728 to operate in unattended mode (without button)? I am busy developing a main board, where I plan to use your X728 as well as another board of yours, in my design. Having the 3D models means I can produce a high quality 3D rendering of my completed board, with your board located on it too!)
