I was able to get XScript installed but like others I am having issues with the functionality. Safe shut down does work for me however the fan does not. I didn't have the Halt set to 0 so that will prevent the Halt but it doesn't fix the problem of the under voltage flag and consequent throttling of the CPU. I get occasional under voltage errors resulting in the Pi being throttled. Batteries are new, fully charged and it happens in both charging and fully charged states.
