Overview
This is a NVMe M.2 SSD shield specially designed for NVIDIA jetson nano developer kit, and it supports upto 2TB M.2 SSD, with smart power management, supports plug-and-play, is the ideal storage solution on NVIDIA jetson nano.
Please refer to 2.5 inch SATA SSD Shield if you want use the 2.5 inch SATA SSD on jetson nano.

Note: We received some feedback that NVME SSD does not support booting from USB.

Power supply
There are 3 power supply methods:
- Directly power the motherboard is acceptable if use a good quality DC 5V 4A power adapter.(otherwise the current is not enough to 2.5 inch sata ssd)
- Power the jetson nano and T100 vith 1 female to 2 male DC cable, require a good quality DC 5V 4A power supply, otherwise jetson nano will be automatically shut down.
- Can power the T100 separately, but will lose the power management function.

FAQ
Q1: Does the T100 support USB Boot?
A: The T100 is only used for provide M.2 NVMe SSD storage solution for Jetson Nano, the USB boot is not tested on T100, also we received some feedback that NVME SSD does not support booting from USB.
