Hello,

X825-C8 not support X829.

The matching case is x829-C1, but it has been discontinued.

Please note that there is no case for x829 board now!

Well I like this case and am using the option 1 configuration. My issue is when I want to shut it down the OS does not turn off the rest of the hardware and I have to unplug it to make the on switch work. I am running Kali on it if that makes any difference.

Hello, Why do hat support raspberry pi 3 ie the x735. And the board it sits on, which is this supports only pi 4.

I am lost in this act of finding a suitable case board and hat that goes with pi 3 and 4

Hello, Because the interface is different; for Pi4+2.5 inch SATA SSD: ①x825 V2.0 Storage expansion board + x735 Power management board + X825-C8 metal case.

for Pi3+2.5 inch SATA SSD: x820 Storage expansion board + x735 Power management board + X820 metal case.
