03:21 93.202.155.183 talk posted a new comment on X1001 (I used this HAT on a Pi 5 with a crucial P3 Plus PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 2TB for months. With no reason the SSD isn't booting anymore. When I use a SSD USB adapter the Pi boots fine from SSD again, so it seems that the HAT is broken after 6 months. What could be the cause? How to avoid?) |

18:29 | Comments log Lisa talk contribs posted a new comment on X1001 (Hello, 1/What brand of SSD are you using? Please refer to here:NVMe SSD boot with the Raspberry Pi 5 to troubleshoot the following issues first. 2/If it is confirmed that the problem is caused by insufficient power supply, you can use a 2pin cable with an XH2.54 connector to connect the RPi5 GPIO to the 5V IN port.) |

15:39 | Comments log 172.58.114.209 talk posted a new comment on X1001 (Hello, I bought Geekworm X1001 PCIe to M.2 HAT from Amazon. I find that after an hour or so of use, I am getting I/O errors in my Raspberry PI 5 in the ssh terminal and all the UI on the screen freezes and disappears/ fails to launch. You have mentioned that it is possible to provide the HAT with extra power via XH2.54 5V power connector on the HAT. Can you pls explain how I go about doing that? What cable to use to connect to it and where should I connect that other end to source the power?) |
