* Improved power-path management avoids batteries discharging when power adapter connected

* Improved Auto power-on reliability

* Adds jumper selection (~~FON，~~ '''FON'''， Force ON) to disable auto power-off when Jetson Nano is not detected (see note1)

* Removed jumper secleciton for PLD (Power loss detection), PLD is always enabled

* Adds battery Reverse polarity protection circuit & LED indiciators

Note1: If '''FON ''' is enabled (jumper inserted), T208 cannot turn off automatically when Jetson Nano is turned off
