Hello Geekworm,

I bought Order GEEKWORM-21-4685 consisting of Raspberry Pi 4 Model B+X829 Dual 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD Shield+Metal Case+X735 Power Management Board+DC 5V 4A Power Supply Kit × 1, Kit-2.

Shipment arrived fast and all parts fit nicely in the metal case.

I have however 2 questions: 1) I cannot get the RPI to boot from X829 when connected to USB3 port using the male/male USB cable provided in the set. If I use a USB2 port or add a cable extensor, then it will boot correctly. I'm using Ubuntu Server (or Desktop) 2.10. Is this a known issue? any eeprom settings I need to configure?

2) The X735 Power Management is not recognizing a system Shutdown (i.e. sudo shutdown) can keeps the case with power eventhough the system is not running anymore. Is this a known issue? any settings I need to configure?

Besides that, everything else seems to be working fine.
