Solved the problem that the old version can't charge when the battery is exhausted -ver2.0

An m.2 SSD (X862) error occurs on reboot after a full discharge of the Raspberry Pi battery. The power is on, but it does not boot.

Is it related to the above problem? Are there any precautions when recharging after full discharge?
