07:50 84.50.46.206 talk posted a new comment on X735-script(I decided to run Home Assistant OS as a virtual machine using Incus so I could use the X735 following the instructions on this wiki page. Fan now is quiet and PWM is doing its thing. I followed the steps here, but I used ‎
pip3 install --break-system-packages rpi-lgpio ‎
for installinh the GPIO library. To check if the services are working I used ‎
systemctl status x735-fan ‎
and ‎
systemctl status x735-pwr ‎
For troubleshooting it helps to check...)

05:15 47.160.191.140 talk posted a new comment on X1002(that case does not have sufficient space for any hat, or bases. You are going to need to use a different case.)

05:13 47.160.191.140 talk posted a new comment on X1002(X1002 suddenly stopped working after less than 2 weeks. journalctl shwos NVME controller went offline during write operations. What troubleshooing steps can I take to see what is going on?)

04:17 216.24.212.37 talk posted a new comment on X1201(X1201 V1.1 current behavior: On applying power starts charging and starts Pi5 via attached USB-C. When fully charged stops charging, quits using UBS-C power and uses power from the battery. When battery are depleted, shuts off everything. Also when you remove USB-C power, it does not transition to battery is shuts off everything. There is no software installed in crons or anything. This is not a seamless UPS. Is there a jumper of GPIO setting that I don't have set?)

13:05 223.233.83.87 talk posted a new comment on P580(Right, that seems logical. I just hope there is enough clearance between my ssd and the Pi. I have ordered a box of m2.5 standoffs and some m2.5*4+6, lets see how it works out. I also figured that if you flip the Pimoroni base over, you can mount it as a hat with the right standoffs. Then you can use the Geekworm P579 case as well. That might be a better option to keep all the parts cool, as the NVMe won't be squeezed up close to the Pi5 board. Thanks for your help Lisa.)

11:07 98.177.143.149 talk posted a new comment on X1003(Micron 250GB 2242 MTFDKCD256TFK worked for me with the X1003 after updating eeprom.)

18:13 84.170.25.179 talk posted a new comment on X1201(What is the battery fuel gauge ic partnumber? Does it support more info than the current voltage?)

05:28 77.10.106.69 talk posted a new comment on NVMe SSD boot with the Raspberry Pi 5(The WD Green SN580 works like a charm with the latest rpi-eeprom-update. Used the rpi-clone fork from Jeff Geerling to copy a fresh Bookworm install onto the SSD. 740 MB/s write and 780 MB/s read for a 1GB file in 10 blocks of 100MB each. With PCIe3 enabled tho)

12:44 223.233.81.42 talk posted a new comment on P580(I see, thanks. The pimoroni hat has its ssd in between the hat and pi5, and their clearance is 7mm. There still might be a way to make it fit, but I am not sure I have the exact mounting hardware. Thanks Harry.)

05:53 75.37.71.93 talk posted a new comment on NASPi Gemini 2.5(What does it take to get a reply from Cindy, the (terrible) customer support person I got in regards to a garbage X882-A1 connector that came with this kit.)
