We can manually run the following commands:
sudo python /home/pi/x-c1/xfan-c1_pwm_fan_controlrpi.py&
or
sudo python3 /home/pi/x-c1/xfan-c1_pwm_fan_controlrpi.py&
Then the pwm fan will start working.
