FAQ
Q: X1002 can't boot when install into the P580 case?
A: Please check if the FPC cable touch the metal case make shorting when install X1002 into the metal case, you can stick the electrical tape on the case to prevent the ribbon FPC cable from contacting the case to test. We have considered extending the metal case, but it may cause other issues, so we will maintain the current design. If such an issue occurs, users will need to use electrical tape to fix it. Thank you for your understanding!
Q: Does the P580 case support the pimoroni base nvme shield and 3rd party pcie bottom hats?
A: The spacers for the pimoroni base nvme shield are M2.5x7 F/F ,we recommend changing M2.5x7 F/F to M2.5x6 F/F (included in the P580 packing list), and you need to prepare 4pcs M2.5*4+4 or M2.5*4+5 F/M standoffs to supplement the bottom height.
