Can you help me understand why brand new batteries (Panasonic 3400mah) 18650 (4 of them, 2 in the extra battery pack with the case) are showing no more than 90% capacity. The same batteries in the x1202 case with a Raspberry pi5 are showing 99/100% capacity.

They share the same source of power which has well in excess of what’s needed.

Just wondering if there’s a calibration needed or some other settings to get the number correct.
