I connected an SSD in a usap compatible case to the USB port on my X829, but it won't connect via USB3.0(5G). The SSD connected USB2 (480M). I checked with lsusb command, but USB port on X829 is USB2, not USB3.0. Is my X829 broken? Please help me to confirm this.
