"Is it compatible with HiFiBerry Digi I/O and the HiFiBerry case?"

I have checked. Bought both boards - keeping P165-A and returning the P165-B.

P165-A is compatible with the board, the case needs a very small adjustment - one of the plastic parts that keep the board in place is conflicting with one of the corners of the radiator. The plastic needs to be cut a bit. Of course it's not possible to use the fan, so a passive cooling only. You earn about 10 C on average.

P165-B is to thick - it gets in the way with the S/PDIF connectors. It might work if just the part of the radiator that covers the ports were thinner by about 2 mm - the HiFiBerry board has protruding elements only in the connectors area. Pity that I couldn't use it, it would surely cool the Pi more.

P165-B is being sold in an antistatic bag that is sealed and has to be cut if one wants just to see if it fits, so I had to cut it...
