I bought the armor case from Geekworm official store. After I received the Pi4 and the case, when assembled using the provided thermal pads I put a flashlight from the side of the case to check if the case is touching the thermal pads. BIG FAIL! The thermal pads are too thin and the case does not touch the pads to transfer the heat as it is supposed to. The is about 0.5mm air gap from the case to the pads, both the main CPU and the DDR memory chip.
