1. I have no idea where and how they could get this result. I only could get 237/204 MB/s (USB 3 male-to-male cable)

  I have about 200MB/s for USB stick.

2. I could install the system on the drive, but the board kept blinking with LED during upgrade at 17% until I unplugged Pi 3. There is no return on product bought from China (I bought on newegg.com), there is only my comment so far on this product. 4. Yes, SupTronics X850 works without any problem, unfortunatyely you have to use cable.
