  • 12:36, 18 July 2024 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Hi,Thanks for your feedback, it is recommended to use a high quality power supply. Poor quality power supplies can cause damage to the UPS board.)
  • 19:38, 17 July 2024 159.224.160.123 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (FYI The issue was in the power supply. Though the sound comes from the board, using a 10W power supply from Apple solves the problem. Connecting the board to the DC source eliminates sound too.)
  • 12:43, 8 July 2024 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Hello, ①That's a jumper cap. it is used to short circuit always-on power option : 【AL ON: Short: Power always on, power button disabled】; ②If you want to use always-on power function, you need to prepare the solder pins yourself and solder it in the 【AL ON 】position and then use the jumper cap to short-【AL ON】 to enable always-on power function. please refer to X306#Updated info)

  • 15:11, 3 July 2024 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Hi, Is your motherboard a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W? Please remove [Pi Zero 2W] and heatsink to test if the X306 has sound. can you please tell us the test results by email [info@geekworm.com]? and please let us know your order NO.thank you.)
  • 18:16, 2 July 2024 159.224.160.123 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (It comes from the bottom right corner, where type-c and Raspberry power pins are (#1 in the picture above). It's hard to say more precisely. - The board version is 1.3 - Sound exists both with and without a heatsink - I also noticed that the sound may disappear if I press down the heatsink with great power. But unfortunately screwing it hard didn't help.)
  • 10:59, 2 July 2024 Lisa talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Hi,could you please tell us where the sound is coming from? Is it the X306 board or the power supply? Or is it the battery?)
  • 21:26, 1 July 2024 88.155.214.78 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Hi My board makes some strange low sound while connected to the charger via usb-c. When battery is charging the sound is low, and once charged I'd say the sound become lower but more intense. Is it expected? When disconnected from charger, there's no sound.)

  • 05:55, 27 March 2024 64.89.255.201 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (I see a lot of people knocking this board, i just want to say it's working great for me, I put virtual here server on a pi zero WH and it works amazingly. I can take my portable usb hub out to the garage and plug my laser cutter into it, then go back to my office and burn for a couple hours only using half battery or so. I didn't do anything special.)

  • 01:45, 29 January 2024 90.191.18.190 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (I was hesitant to buy this product because of some of the comments but I am glad I bought it. It is exactly what I need. I had a spare battery lying around without use, so I needed a UPS hat. The USB hub was a great extra. But, many comments here and reddit posts complained about USB hub not working. I had an impression that it is not working for everyone. But I can confirm, it is working for me. lsusb detects my usb drives (sandisk cruzer blade) and I can mount them. So if you needed a confi...)

  • 23:22, 31 July 2023 Harry talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (The USB port of the X306 is a downstream port, which is the same as the USB port of a computer. It can be connected to a mouse, keyboard, and USB disk. Let's take an example, your computer's USB is connected to your laptop, and what do you wish you could do? Do you want to be able to visit the hard disk of the laptop on the computer? Of course, this is not supported.)
  • 19:22, 27 July 2023 85.158.3.165 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (I am having the same issue, no data on the usb ports, it just turn it on but no data, I cannot see the hub on lsusb, I can see this is a known issue a lot of post here with the same issue...)
  • 10:24, 27 July 2023 Walker talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Hello, 4 blue LEDs on the X306 board indicate battery charging and discharging levels of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, read the battery voltage through the Raspberry Pi, we have not tested it, it should not be possible)
  • 20:24, 26 July 2023 37.201.195.60 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Hi, is it possible to read the battery voltage using the Raspberry Pi?)
  • 04:46, 16 July 2023 174.170.237.57 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Is there a way to interface with the UPS from Linux on the raspberry pi? I would like to use NUT to automatically shutdown the system when the battery reaches a certain percentage)
  • 11:08, 12 July 2023 72.90.255.109 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Hi, I'm also having the same problem with the USB ports, none of them are working. They are powering things, but no data goes through. I have confirmed the pogo pins are making contact, and have tried using a USB hub on the pi alone, without the UPS, and the hub works fine, so there's something wrong with this UPS. Does it need a ferrite ring? Would love to solve this issue! Thanks, Evan)

  • 14:45, 19 May 2023 Walker talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X306 (Hi, we are sending you an email, hoping that you can provide some hardware installation pictures. The products are tested before leaving the factory, and there will be basically no quality problems. I hope you can check the test ponits under the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W, are these test ponits clean and the pogo pins align well with each test pins? This may affect the USB ports which make it not work.)
