To power on sometimes I need to unplug the USB C power cable and re-plug. Please note that I have consistently: 1) Waited a few minutes after the battery indicator light is off - a long as 5 minutes, there is no way the USB plug is still providing power. 2) USB plug is disconnected from mains.
