Hi,

Please confirm your X820 version first. The updated V3.0 model comes with a 5521 DC port instead of 5525.

  1. USB-A: No current limit; max output follows the power supply.
  2. Two 2-Pin XH2.54: 3A rated per connector, no built-in current limit.
  3. USB-A and the two XH2.54 ports share the 5V input current.
  4. The board won't get damaged even with a 5V 100A power supply. BUT:
    • surge voltage or overvoltage will burn the chips
    • the matched 2-pin power cable is rated at 4A maximum

So, direct use of a 5V 10A power supply is okay in theory. You can also use a screw terminal adapter to power each component individually.

Hope it clears things up!
