Hello, I believe you're asking: Are the positions and distances of the four screws used to attach the case for P173 and P573 identical?

They use the same screw length, but differ in screw hole positions and case interface cutouts. These two products are designed for different Raspberry Pi boards, so mixing them is not recommended.
