Please refer to Q1 & Q2 First check if you have unlocked the current limit for Raspberry Pi 5. Its EEPROM firmware restricts max input current by default, which is lower than 5A. You need to unlock it to full 5A power supply and enable USB max current output (refer to Script Reference-Official Scripts ).

Finish this setting first, then follow the troubleshooting steps in Q2.
