In Raspbian / Debian Trixie this doesn't work anymore.

sudo nano /boot/config.txt shows: "DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE The file you are looking for has moved to /boot/firmware/config.txt"

So you have to add: sudo nano /boot/firmware/config.txt program_usb_boot_mode=1
