Power Supplies Compatible with the KVM-A3

Please tell me the power supply specifications for the KVM-A3.

The Raspberry Pi 4 does not support USB-PD, so it requires a +5V power supply via USB-C without using PD, whereas the Raspberry Pi 5 supports USB-PD and requires a +5V power supply via PD negotiation. Which specification does the KVM-A3 support?
