Lisa, I know it's for power management. The x708softsd.sh script uses GPIO13 to perform a software shutdown. The question is: how? Does it just turn off the power on the board or does it somehow emulate the pressing of the button (GPIO5) and the proper shutdown is then performed by the x708pwr.sh script?
