  • 14:38, 24 June 2024 Lisa talk contribs posted a new comment on X1202 (Hello,X1202 does not support X1009. X1009 requires DC12V power in, X1202 UPS only provides 5V output,)
  • 23:34, 23 June 2024 93.44.51.122 talk posted a new comment on X1200 (I'm using the RTC wakeup to schedule the power on my rpi5, along with POWER_OFF_ON_HALT=1 to save energy when powered off. According to the documentation the x1200 will cut off the power if the rpi5 is powered off. Is there a way to disable this feature and let the x1200 output power even if the rpi5 is shutdown? Or is there an alternative way to use the RTC wakeup when the rpi5 is connected to the X1200?)
  • 00:24, 23 June 2024 185.71.88.123 talk posted a new comment on N508 (I would suggest not moving the holes, but make this side part of the base and the opposite side part of the lid.)
  • 23:22, 22 June 2024 71.246.207.26 talk posted a new comment on LVDS2 (Has anyone used this or another product on a Tesla's round 4+2 pin LVDS connector at the screen or MCU? This board shows more pins.)
  • 20:38, 22 June 2024 185.71.88.123 talk posted a new comment on N508 (Another big problem of the case is that the antenna holes are not in the base, but on the lid. The antenna cords cannot be easily detached and they are short and fragile. It makes it difficult to disassemble the case and keep it with the detached lid. Would be nice to see the holes on the other side in the next version of the case.)
  • 12:46, 22 June 2024 216.122.42.75 talk posted a new comment on X708-A1 (Can this be used with the X1203 board? Can the X1203 recharge the batteries with the power output on the board?)
  • 07:16, 22 June 2024 185.211.32.105 talk posted a new comment on X1202 (Can this power 5, 3.5" drives on the x1009, through the board? can the x1009 power through the second barrel for the HD power? or would i use an ATX for the drives and leave the boards powered through the ups?)
  • 12:21, 21 June 2024 Lisa talk contribs posted a new comment on X825 V2.0 (X825 V1.5 has been discontinued. We have not tested it. Judging from the location of the USB 3.0 interface on Pi5 and Pi4, it may not be possible to install the USB 3.0 connector.)

  • 12:03, 21 June 2024 Lisa talk contribs posted a new comment on X1011 (X1011 and X1203 are both installed on the bottom of pi5 and cannot be used together. You can consider using X728 ups or X-UPS1)
  • 11:25, 21 June 2024 Lisa talk contribs posted a new comment on X-UPS1 (Sorry, we've updated the description. The point we were trying to make was: when stacking more than 2 X-UPS1 boards, if you want to disable the 12V OUT, you have to short ALL the 12V OFF. If one of them is not shorted, the 12V OUT will occur.)
  • 06:54, 21 June 2024 104.34.104.69 talk posted a new comment on X-UPS1 (Your instruction is confusing, it says "MUST ALL 12 OFF jumper caps be shorted to disable 12V output when stacked multiple x-ups1 shields." Does it mean that X-UPS1 can only output 5v when multiple x-ups1 stacked?? Another words, Can X-UPS1 output 12v when 2 or more X-UPS1 stacked?)
  • 00:58, 21 June 2024 81.0.3.118 talk posted a new comment on X825 V2.0 (Hi, is the X825 v1.5 board compatible with RPi 5? If not, is it due to physical mount distances, electrical or software causes? Thank you.)

For safety and longevity of the cells I would like them charged no higher than 3.75v - Is it possible for the user to make this change? Is it also possible to modify the minimum voltage before automatic shutdown is triggered? Is it possible to modify the maximum charge current? However, it will execute the second the pi is on battery. I would rather it be on battery for say 10 seconds so random power drops don't shut it down. Any idea on how to implement this? #!/usr/bin/env python3 #This python script is only suitable for UPS Shield X1200, X1201 and X1202 import gpiod import time from subprocess import call PLD_PIN = 6 chip = gpiod.Chip('gpioc...)

  • 22:54, 9 June 2024 75.135.187.128 talk posted a new comment on H402 (1) It would be helpful to have the numbers on the thermal pads in step 3 copied over to the Packing List image. (I believe it should be 3, 2, 1, 4, 5 from left to right in the Packing list image.) 2) Add a note to remove the clear plastic film from both sides of the thermal pads or they're not going to work.)
