X301 is a storage expansion shield designed for raspberry pi zero 2 w or raspberry pi zero, and it only supports 2.5-inch SATA socket hdd/ssd, and X301 comes with USB hub function, which is expanded by 3 USB-A to easy use.

Since the X301 expands the Micro OTG port of the pi zero motherboard into a USB HUB, the Micro OTG port of the pi zero motherboard can no longer be used.

By making the screw holes for attaching the sdd/hdd threaded you make it nearly impossible to attach the sdd/hdd. When I did get the screw to catch the drives threaded hole the drive is not against the built-in stand off.

Hello,

There is no case for the X301 + Pi Zero 2 W / Zero W yet.
