Please refer to [https://wiki.geekworm.com/X1200#FAQ Q1 & Q2] First check if you have unlocked the current limit for Raspberry Pi 5. Its EEPROM firmware restricts max input current by default, which is lower than 5A. You need to unlock it to full 5A power supply and enable USB max current output (refer to [https://suptronics.com/Raspberrypi/Power_mgmt/x120x-v1.0_software.html Script Reference-Official Scripts] ). Finish this setting first, then follow the troublesh...)

I also tested with another X1200 board that I had available, and I am getting the same issue. The undervoltage warning still appears randomly, and in some cases it even causes my Raspberry Pi to crash. I also noticed that the problem often happens when connecting the X1200 to mains power, whether I use the official Raspberry Pi 27W power supply or a more powerful 60W power supply. I also tested with several different batteries from different...)

Sometimes I can get around 10 warnings in a single minute, then nothing for several hours or even several days, and later the warning comes back once or twice from time to time. I unscrewed the Geekworm board to clean **PIN 2** and then reinstalled everything carefully, but I still get the undervoltage warning occasionally. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue, or...)

  • 03:06, 3 May 2026 47.58.202.107 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X1200 (I've experienced lack of connection to brand new rpi5 gpio6, re-soldering it or applying a bit of minimal filing the back pin that touches the pogo pin solves it. - I guess the surface touching is minimal from a factory soldering that is so perfect, probably it was touching a corner with some dust in it and bam, it had me engaged for hours, better than Netflix :D)
  • 18:36, 8 January 2026 Ruby talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X1200 (Hi there! The X1200 will automatically shut down along with the Raspberry Pi's shutdown, so no manual operation is required. • 16:04, 24 May 2025 195.35.56.72 talk performed unknown action "comments/add" on X1200 (Hello! I've faced with a problem: my battery fully discharges even on power cable connected and it stops charging. To charge it again, I have to reattach the power cable. If the device is turned on during reattaching, then it will shutdown immediately due to being discharged. Anyway, after reattaching, it charges fully and then discharges again... Do you have any idea what component could cause this kind of issue? Is it battery related? BTW my battery is 1.5 months) Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit

While UPS will be deep inside the box, I want accumulators to be easily accessible and swappable. What is your recommendation?)
  • 12:38, 21 March 2025 Harry talk contribs performed unknown action "comments/add" on X1200 (You need to write and run the script to achieve this function. We have provided an example of the script, and you have successfully run it. Your question is actually to program&run the script automatically after the RPi5 is turned on. As for how to make the script run automatically after the RPi5 is turned on, this is another topic and does not belong to the scope of X1200. You can easily achieve it with the help of AI.)
