The large ones are 2x2mm 2x1.5mm and 2x.5mm. I assume one of the large ones goes in location 3. Should the 2mm pad go on the CPU on top and the 1.5mm go om the bottom, or the other way around?)

I was quite surprised there was access to all rpi3 peripherals including PiCam ribbon. This was not apparent from the Aliexpress images and I was regretting that I should have gone with more common passive cooled cases. However this turns outs o be streets ahead with being fully enclosed yet access to everything. The thermal pads confused me a bit, as I hadn't read this web page then.)
