2. Can I buy the customized part with 30-pin connector removed?

==The 40-pin connector works with both 2-lane and 4-lane. As long as ① your mainboard forces 1 eDP signal output, and ② the 40-pin wiring matches, you can use only the 40-pin connector — no need to remove the 30-pin connector.
