Hi, my X680 was working fine, but now after not connecting to it for over a week, the mouse isn't working remotely. I have rebooted remotely, I have had a person go a physically unplug the X680 and wait 10 seconds before plugging it back. the network and computer are green, but the keyboard and mouse stay orange. sometimes the keyboard will be green. It is a laptop, but I am at a loss of what could be wrong when it was working without a flaw.
