Hello,What power supply are you using? How do you power the X729 and RPi5? could you please provide a video or installation picture？ it will be very helpful to us to judge the problem. Please contact us by email info@geekworm.com. and tell us your order number.

If you use other HAT (M.2 SSD shield), please remove the Hat and only test X729+RPi5.
