I believe I’m having a power supply issue. It is 5v and 4amp. The case purchased was the X820 can you direct me to a power supply that you believe is of good quality on the Internet or within your store for purchase. I have the device powering up without any issue at all. I do believe it’s under powered at this point, and I purchased a faulty or less than satisfactory power supply.
