Hi dear,1. Is this issue happen at the beginning, or does it appear after a period of normal use? 2. Raspberry Pi leads to 40 GPIO pins, while the screen leads to 26 pins.Please make sure the corresponding screen pins and Raspberry Pi pins is correct 3. Please download the latest version of the image (Raspbian/Ubuntu Mate/Kali or Retropie) from the Raspberry Pi official website and test again.
