For Wifi problems, have a look on the paper in user manual : File:Usb3-frequency-interference-papers.pdf

I have also the problems of wifi out of order, i make a try with X829 far away from Rpi, with a 1 meter USB3 cable... no problems anymore, wifi works... only way to resolve the problem : don't stack X829 with Rpi...
