I have the X1201, batteries installed, USB-C power to the X1201, the PI 5 boots and runs. My batteries were fully charged when I installed them and I let them run out to watch happens, but now they do not charge. The four charge level lights are out, the 5VO light is red, PI light is green and charging light is dark. What is wrong?
