I replaced the original fan with a Noctua NF-A4X10-FLX 5V I had lying around. Admittedly, I had to cut the original fan cable and 'MacGyver' the header connector to the Noctua fan (which I also had to shorten). One thing to note -> since I put a 40mm fan inside a 30mm fan opening, it does not fit completely, however, there is just barely enough space to jam the new fan firmly in place over part of the opening, which gives it enough airflow. Results: Cooler temps, low noise, no vibration.
