I have 3 boards. Connected to USB all of them work as expected. power supply via the 9-24VDC Power jack doesn't work. The circuit U2 generates only a voltage of 3.7V (5V expected) regardless of the input voltage. with this low voltage, the ESP only gets 2.6V
