In the meantime I got it working. You should write that u definitively need a USB 3 cable with 2x type A connectors to connect to a pc. Second the Pi4 does give power to USB 3 only after boot. U can read that new boot is initializing some chips(like the USB controller) I tried without sdhc card -> no boot up = no Usb3 supply = no lights on x855. So now we just have to wait for network boot and everything will be fine. By the way: Thx for your mailed support
