The mSATA SSD is a relatively small Samsung 850 EVO 120GB MZ-M5E120BW. the power supply is a SMAKN DC 5V/4A 20W Switching Power Supply with a 5525 male jack. The system boots up fine from a cold start pressing the momentary switch. It is after a momentary switch shutdown or a software x730shutdown.sh shutdown that it will not boot up when the momentary switch is pressed. I have to do an 8 second power down for it to boot up. It is as if the switch/software shutdown does not reset a relay that allows power to get to the Pi after a soft shutdown. It behaves this way even if I unplug the power supply after the soft shutdown. I still have to power it off from the momentary switch first and then power it up again before the system will boot. I am confident this is not a power supply problem.
