i have an X1200 installed in the official case with 2 New LG 18650 batteries and a new 16GB RPI 5. The qtx120x python program says charging is disabled. Please help.

My power supply is a Rastech purchased from Amazon, it indicates it is rated at 5v and 5Amps. I purchased it about the same time as i bough my two X1200 units.
