I have rebooted remotely, I have had a person go a physically unplug the X680 and wait 10 seconds before plugging it back. the network and computer are green, but the keyboard and mouse stay orange. sometimes the keyboard will be green. I purchased this unit on july 21, it should be same lot as your. It doesn't work at all, i'm not sure if it is Pikvm update or this unit doesn't support this feature from the beginning (unlikely). It is kind of disappointing tha MSD doesn't work, because it is the most useful feature of remote kvm switch. More useful than 4 usb slots at front panel.)

Using it with a CM4 without eMMC, and with a MicroSD card. Everything works except for the Mass Storage Device feature. Anyone else having this problem?
