However I do not see #36 light up. What did I miss ? -> If #36 is missed, check if all jumper pins align. -> Unscrew the screws and re-align the Pi. -> Push down on the Pi so you can feel the pogo pins bounce. -> While holding down the Pi, tighten the screws.
